im sick of this. I mean Im sick of me. why cant i just commit. I did heaps of exercise this last week but I ate a lot choc aswell. first few weeks i did so well and i felt great! and i didn't miss out on anything it was a matter of portioning and not over doing it. i need some self control thats all it is.

Im really angry cuz i could of been at 90kgs by now if i had of kept going the like i did in the beginning or at least at be below where i am now.

its time to grow up!

Hi, if you're a chocolate lover like me, try this. Take equal amounts of unsweetened cocoa & Splenda, mix when they're dry, add water, mix, add a little more water, mix till you get the desired consistency (hot fudge? chocolate drink?). It's fantastically good for you, and tastes omg...sooo good.

I know exactly how you feel... I do so good than Wham I blow it... but we have to be the little cho cho that can.... I just have to keep trying... I get so angry with myself since I work out at the gym 3 days a week than I open mouth and insert food...

You know what....I do the same thing with Chocolate...only difference is that I make sure to follow it up with a bunch of water...get things moving...don't give the *goodies* a chance to really settle in. Plus, you'll be gettin' in some good water intake, filling up and you'll be more mindful of ur chocolate intake since you'll have the water "penalty." Works great for me mentally...u may find the same for you. :o) -Jipsie
