You know what....I do the same thing with Chocolate...only difference is that I make sure to follow it up with a bunch of water...get things moving...don't give the *goodies* a chance to really settle in.
Plus, you'll be gettin' in some good water intake, filling up and you'll be more mindful of ur chocolate intake since you'll have the water "penalty."
Works great for me mentally...u may find the same for you.
