Went ahead and weighed myself this morning... 2 days early... I updated my weight.. I'll do another weigh in Sunday morning... I think I'm going to start doing 2 weigh ins a week... this once a week thing is killing me. I get excited, then I get stressed... it's never a happy medium. So, problem solved. ;)

I've only lost 1 pound since last Sunday. I'm pretty bummed, seeing as I've worked out once, sometimes twice a day, and gone on a few walks when it wasn't raining this week. & I've been doing well with my eating! what!! guess this just comes with the territory... I'll make it someday.
I was really hoping to make it at least to the 180's this weekend... guess that's not gonna happen, unless I happen to drop 2 pounds tomorrow! ha. guess there's always next time. :/ just gotta stay motivated...
