Well the scales are rewarding me for doing my Yoga twice yesterday. I am down to 197#. I am very happy to see this number and will be happy with it. One pound down, is so much better than one pound up! My butt is sore today, must be the extra Yoga? That is what I am chalking it up to. Also the extra Squats too. I do at least 10 everytime I go to the bathroom, and also at least 30 when I am doing my Yoga, after the poses are done. I am upping my length of each pose today too. I count to 30 on every pose, when I have achieved the correct stance. So beginning today, I will increase the number from 30 to 5 more each pose, each day, until I reach a count of 60. This way, I will be doing each pose for at least 1 minute, thus increasing my length of time doing Yoga, and thus increase my calories burning goal too. Onward and Downward!!!!!
