Still hanging steady, but I made better food choices today. My biggest lapse, which I thought you all would appreciate, is that my 5 year old brought me breakfast in bed this morning. She gave me a mini bagel with cream cheese, which she had prepared herself, and half a clementine orange. How can I say no to that? Very sweet.

We're building a rock climbing wall in our garage, which I mentioned a while ago. We had a snow day today (elementary schools were closed), so I spent a good bit of the day helping with the construction and then shoveling snow. Not sure what the calorie count is on any of that, but it was a relatively active day.
