Diario de SLLockhart, 09 jul. 17

I was ill today. Don't know why but I was. I ate my supper after a long nap, and I feel some better. I don't know if I am cutting down too much on my calories or I just need more protein? I will work on my protein, and look into keeping a close eye on my protein intake and eat more protein and less carbs.
But onward and downward!!!
Tomorrow is a brand new day, and if the Good Lord blesses me with a new day, I plan to do all I can to keep on this path, of losing weight and getting more fit too.
I also plan on using this as a learning phase in my life, learning to eat better, and not eat so much junk.
