Wow the scale hates me. I haven't strayed from my diet ONCE, and I work out MOST days... I can't believe that one day of not working out seems to have this much impact... I'm PISSED. I don't know if I can continue.

You have lost 5 and a half pounds since Feb. 9 and you want to quit???? Our bodies don't lose every single day. Losing weight is a cumulative thing. It's what we do over long periods of time that count. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to re-adjust your expectations and be in this for the long haul. Your weight will go up and down every hour. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so many things will factor in to fluctuations such as sodium in the food we eat and drink, medications, stress, sore muscles from exercise, etc. You can do everything right and see a gain or stay the same. You can overeat one week and see a big loss. What you do this week, may not show up till next week. So stay on your plan, get in your exercise and celebrate those 5 and 1/2 pounds. you are doing awesome! Keep going!!!!
