Diario de Naiomy, 27 feb. 12

Haven't journalled in a bit.. just want to re assess myself.

As of my last weigh in, i've lost 19.4 lbs since getting back on my diet. I am 2 lbs away from my March 10th goal, and 14 lbs away from my goal for 2012.

A lot of my eating habits are becoming more common place again, where i'm way more aware of what i should be eating vs. what i want to eat and they are becoming one in the same everyday. Getting back to my goal weight is becoming more and more realistic and doesn't seem impossible. I guess it never was but i just wasn't looking forward to the long hard journey to get there. luckily enough i'm no longer 33 lbs away...

Hope to be really close to my goal by the weekend.. hope u all have a good week!
