Yum! That sounds great!
Coffee and iced coffee are huge in this household. If they weren't heavenly enough- I found this macadamia milk called 'Milkadamia' that is very unique in flavor and makes too-die-for smoothies but also helps me use less cream in my coffee (dairy can make me stall) It smells like melted vanilla ice cream. Keto on! 😻

Definitely make some! The full recipe is
on helpful pursuits website.
@karenromiaih2002 are you in AZ? 🌵
@Bluecoaster I have tried so many times to make an iced bulletproof coffee drink (I'm not a fan hot) & failed so many times. The butter or coconut oil would glob up no mater what I did.
Where do you find Milkadamia at?

You can get Milkadamia at some gourmet grocery stores (But not Whole Foods) and on Amazon. The price on Amazon is even better than what my local store charges. I wouldn't use it in savory recipes. I read somewhere that you can get powdered Mct now to solve that problem you are having with the chilled bulletproof. But def try macadamia nut milk- its got the good fats too- not mct but still good. I just pour mct into my salad dressing now.

You could also buy the Whole Foods brand and add some vanilla. The stuff is great- only 50 calories and they come from good fats. One carb per 8 oz.

Whaaaat? Macadamia nut milk at a dollar store? I pay $5 😮. What is the name of the dollar store that carries it?
Also, Xappie, check out Sucradrops on Amazon and see if they interest you. Its like Splenda with no added carbs to stabilize. It lasts forever and they give you a tiny one for your purse with every order. This stuff does not make me stall and the travel bottle has helped at so many times while out and about.
