Today was a better day... I ate well but didn't exercise... I wanted to go for a run but the runs hurt... I guess no pain no gain... I have struggled with my weight for a long time... At my heaviest I was 309 pounds with a size 46 waist... Then I went down to 225 and went straight back up to 285... Today, I am on the lower end of my weight at around 240ish... I want to get down to 230 and stay there... I need to COMMIT to eating better and making the right choices...
