I add chia to everything.
It has lots of fibre and protein, no sugar and almost all carbs are in fibre. Very good choice! Lots of people on different diets gets no fibre which is sad as it is really important.

I make a smoothie almost everyday with my Nutribullet! Love it too. even got my husband drinking them.
