I don't know about anyone else but I absolutely love the slim fast diet in combination with the fatsecret application. I have gotten a bit lazy with my journal entries but It's not because Im cheating. Actually, this past week I had pizza for the first time in 2 months and I still lost weight!!! I am losing quite a bit of weight in a short amount of time; that scares me a bit. I hope I can keep this up. Once I hit 220 pounds, I am starting a workout routine. Up until now, It was just too hard on my bones and joints to work out.
