Morning y'all. Hope everyone is doing well. That little voice inside my head made me check some of my stables this morning and then demanded that I remember to share with you the things that have helped me achieve the results that I have. Hope some of ya find the benefit from these. Ginger Root, Kale, Flax Seed, Chia Seeds, Spinach, Almond Milk, Fresh Fruit, Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Fish, ...... These are most of the key ingredients that I keep on hand. I know not all the ingredients are for everyone on different diets, but hope you find it useful, maybe it will help remind you of things you forgot or to help spark your creativity. Many of your spices are among my favorites but unfortunately I don't take the time to indulge in them so miss out on all the benefits. Two of my very favorite and most beneficial for anyone with diabetes are cinnamon and ground ginger. I make sure those are in my daily plans...and the rewards are truly phenomenal...my numbers are now normal and I am looking forward to my next doctor's visit! Thanks for sharing your list, maybe it will enable me consider more options.

Spice is my answer to sugar, fake sugar substitutes, and making whole foods taste better than anything prepared out of a box or a tin. Faves are garlic and ginger.
