I don't know what my weight was on the new Tanita body fat scale. we've had it close to three weeks, I think. I remember seeing something like 174 or so. I'm guessing I've lost 5 pounds total now. on the old scale it says 165, and after I started keeping track, it read 170. which was 2 lbs higher than the day I started keeping track? muscle weight? water? don't know, so I'll guess my starting. weight (using the Tanita scale) was 175. nice, if huge, round number. Feb 1st I lowered calories to 1200 and am trying to get that 30, 30, 40 balance and cut out wine for now. this might do the trick. and eat mostly real foods, organic when possible.
