Coming to terms with the fact that my eating habits suck. I am now obsessed with counting calories went from 2200 a day to 775. Hopefully the weight will finally come off:)

Don't obsess with the calories. You should eat at least 250 calories a meal or you will get sick. I look at the weight watcher points too. I am aloud 21 WW points a day, the point system is very helpful to me. You can google the WW points formula to see how many points you get. Good luck :) I'm right there with you!!

Welcome to FatSecret! I thought I'd warn you, I tried 700 calories/day and not only was it ridiculously hard, but I didn't loose a single pound. Apparently, our bodies really do go into starvation mode when on a too-restricted diet. I went to a nutritionist who recommended 1300 cals/day for me which is much more doable and when I actually eat the right number of calories I looose at least 1 pound a week. I'm not saying don't try, but you might want to consider going up to at least 1100. Good luck!

Thanks for all the advice guys it is very helpful. The funny thing is I ate three meals and got full which is amazing to me. But ultimately my goal is 1200-1500 calorie range. I love to eat so Im sure that won't happen to often :)

I work out 5 days a week sometimes twice a day if I spin in the morning. Don't get me wrong I feel great and can see that I am becoming more toned but I am not loosing any weight. If anyone has any suggestion that would be great.

Jessie, You want to lose 25 lbs. That's a total of 87,000 calories (@3500 calories per lb). Say that you want to get there by July 1. That's about 20 weeks or about 4350 calories a week, or about 620 calories per day deficit. If you increase your exercise calories by 350 over normal, and decrease your nutritional calories by 350 under normal, you should reach your goal before July 1. - And be much more likely to succeed than if you starve yourself.
