Diario de blueowl88, 22 feb. 12

So I have been off my diet for about 2 weeks And I gained back all the weight I lost.... I am so discouraged but I know its nobody's fault but my own... I feel totally depressed and i Have no motivation to get back on track somebody help me! :(

Oh hun, please don't be so hard on yourself. You only fail if you give up and the fact you've come back on here shows you still got fight in you yet. And as i always tell my daughter no matter how many times you get something wrong keep trying and eventually you'll get the hang of it. For me i find it hard to cut out anything so i just watch my calories and if i pig out i force myself to burn more calories. Simple things like hoovering the house or something can help if exercising isn't always convenient. Hope you get right back at it im quite confident you'll do even better.x ;-)
