In between today's rain I pulled weeds, planted another rose bush and trimmed back bamboo. This is my kind of exercise! Advance meal planning is my key to sticking with my food intake plan. I've noticed when I don't plan well, in reality what I am really doing is planning to fail. Does this give me a wake up call or what?!
