Diario de LANEYLOO, 17 feb. 10

Well Im back on track thank goodness , I was on a very slippery slope eating loads one day and starving myself through guilt the next!
I'm feeling slimmer again and Im loosing weight again
I think seeing the scales move downwards is a lot more pleaseing than the chip butty , or that cream cake! not that Ive been eating that (well not far off lol?)
I ate loads of chinese on sat night and really stuffed myself!
but from 9 stone 5 -3/4 (131.8)down to 9 stone 3 -1/4(128) this morning as long as the scales are dropping Im happy!
go me!I still got to be strict and just say NO TO MYSELF!
