I went to a company Christmas party last night and stuck to shrimp, tenderloin, and diet Coke. I wasn't even tempted by all of the desserts. Of course we didn't stay long either. That helped. Another funny thing- I've been dreaming about accidentally putting a bite of the wrong kind of food in my mouth, realizing it, and then feeling guilty. Glad they're only dreams.
