Thanks gilocriv, the meats are al pastor, beef, carnitas and chicken. I ate 2-3oz of each one with a total of 8 small corn tortillas. I agree that eating it without tortillas is a good idea but according to the Fat Secret App i'm supposed to get about 40-50% of my calories from Carbs. I'm typically not eating enough Carbs so I thought I'd eat these tortillas to help.
I'm still struggling a bit on how much Carbs vs. how much Fats to actually eat. My first goal was to eat my bodyweight in Protein (grams). I see you're steadily dropping weight. How did you decide on Carbs vs. Fats?
