Here we go again. Why isn't the weight-loss rollercoaster as much fun as other rollercoasters? I'm sure it starts you off with a negative feeling: with a sign that says... must weigh this much to ride, rather than must be this tall to ride! LOL!

But I'm in need of something that will work for me! I've tried cabbage-soup diet, low-carb diets, one of the Phens... etc. But this one makes the most sense for me! I'm just a little too hard headed and looking for the quick fix, like everyone else.
