It's been a bad couple months. I was starving constantly. I could eat a large meal and 15 minutes later be starving again. And I was exhausted. Too tired to work out, and too tired to care. I finally figured out last week that it was a menopause medication I'd been on for a few months - prometrium. Now I care again and find myself with a shape I hoped never to see again.
Time to start over one more time.
