Monday Monday Monday! Well, my first day of school again with ankle weights, and I wore them successfully all day, except I took them off for a shower and forgot to put them back on when we went grocery shopping! Ah well, next time!

Worked out for 45 minutes today, but I actually took the weights off because this particular workout is still pretty rough on me right now. Once I get better, I'll do this routine with the weights as well.

Took a nice salad for lunch today, and just ate a really good chicken dinner. Hope that I was able to record the calories correctly, we threw away a couple of the boxes/cans before I even started doing this, so, yeah! Anyway, hope this is a start to another good week!
