66 days to go Up 0.9 lbs.. the small portion of apple strudel wasn't worth it, even tho I was nearly inside the 20g net carbs.. Ooh ... that smell of cinnamon was lovely.. now I realise that tho my capabilities are limited by my disability, I'm quite a good cook.. but of inappropriate choices .. still gotta work on that 😉

Got my eldest daughter's room clean and tidy, let's just say it's a different room.. she has asthma and tho it wasn't that bad, the dust and pollen weren't helping ! Proper 3 black bags clearout
