Today Im so please with myself!!!!!!!!!!! I ate for the first time within my diet guide lines. You know when someone like me starts something very new its kinda hard at first. I was a once a day eater and a night snacker. Been doing this for years because I just wasnt motivated to cook or eat right (lazy). This is pretty simple. Now for me it takes most of my day just to focus on what I am to eat, but Im sure in a few weeks Ill have it down.
