Don't give up, girl! I went through a bad week (last week, myself!)It just seemed like I have such a long way to go...it happens,so I reasked myself a couple ?s-I have lost 20 lbs in the month of Jan.That IS AWESOME really! Then blew the first half of Feb. Do I want to cave in? NO, I'm NOT HAPPY this way! (Background:I HAVE lost 100lbs 5yrs prior and remember how wonderful it was on SO many levels! I WANT THAT! AGAIN!(maybe maintain a little better :) Now I am back on track again and am so happy I made this decision. The faster it took me to make up my mind meant the sooner I would lose more weight! You'll have your moments cuz it's NOT easy! It IS a struggle. For me- to get and stay fitter means I need to make this a lifestyle change. Life--I want to live....fitter :) So hang on...I know you can too :)
