My weight was up as of the beginning of the week, and I finally recorded it. It's my TOM though, so I know that's probably why. Trying hard not to weigh myself again until after this is all done. I do have to go see my dietitian today though, so she will weigh me. She only gives me generalizations like "up" or "down", not my actual weight. Plus, she doesn't account for the clothes I'm wearing, so I don't know. Whatever. But I will refrain from weighing myself for at least a couple of more days.
