day 182...went to gym for workout, been really wore out from my workouts here lately..guess thats good..must mean im gettin a better workout..even drinkin a protein shake..gets me thur the workout,but still wore out when i get done..got on scales..down a half pound..im doing the lost some weight dance...lol...
