Diario de Owsley, 16 feb. 12

Ugh I didn't follow my food plan. Added cheese, bacon and extra burger to my dinner. Blew my carbs and calories. And my stomach has been hurting all afternoon and worse now. Go figure.

Hi Owsley. That's a hard lesson to learn, and we've all been there. The lesson being, even on Atkins, there's such a thing called moderation. I hope you feel better tomorrow.

Don't let one bad day discourage you. Just work hard the next day to stay within the limits of the diet. You may still be losing weight this week even if you blow it one day.

Thank you. At least I didn't eat the wrong kind of foods. And my stomach feels better this morning. Today is a new day, and will try to do much better!
