How is Dad?? What did he want?? He must have really enjoyed your visit....you will get back on track....although it seems harder every time....I had a couple of days playing fast and loose with my RDI.....been doing o.k. this week .....today is National Donut Day in the USA......so had a donut.....didn't want to seem unpatriotic.....there's a new excuse....never used that one before!!! 

Next you'll be having hotdogs and apple pie! Crazy! Up here it's moose tongue and moose nose. Not kidding. Not my style though. :|' Dad's doing really well, thanks. See yesterdays post.

NO will not be having hot dogs and apple pie....not that patriotic....and afraid I would be considered an out right traitor where you are.....I give only for donuts....we do have a National Hug A Drummer Day.....I send my nephew hugs because he is one talented drummer.....don't think that has come up yet....glad to hear Dad is doing good...I have weigh in today and according to scales, no change....not happy about that....wouldn't have thought 1 crummy donut would cause that.....got my very short walk in this morning....sure not getting back up to speed very fast.....guess I will try and supplement with a few minutes on treadmill.....put on some ABBA and see if I can hang in there!!! GOOD GRIEF!!!
