After having an all you can eat chinese meal last night my hard work down the drain AGAIN?!Im 9 stone and 5 1/2 again sol today Im gonna try and be fresh vegies and just one pudding and no alcohol ! a far cry from yesturday I haven't even logged what I ate I wouldn't kbnow where to start! I didnt even enjoy it all ( except the battered banana in syrup !) going to log my weight an d cringe at the chart as it shows the gain!
