Day 6
Went out for lunch today, and really thought I would blow out my calories, since I didn't really plan what I would eat.
I did manage to avoid a caramel frappe while I was out, even though I was sorely tempted to get one. Perhaps I will wait until I hit under the 80kg mark for one... it is too many calories to sacrifice from good food to have as a careless treat.
I am in a weird spot where this many calories kind of feels effortless, which is good, but I think it when complacency has kicked in, in previous attempts.
So, I shall remain vigilant!
