Well - if it makes you feel any better I ate the following today:
2 servings of special K red Berries. One coffee w/ skim milk and Splenda. One bbq turkey sandwich w/ pineapple on Texas Toast w/ fried tatertotts. No Pudge single serving trader joe's brownie and 800 calories of icecream. Basically - I need to drink a crap load of water and spend 3 hours at the gym tomorrow. This isn't impossible - it's just hard. but, I'll be okay. Today was just a baaaaaaaad day.
But, I'm very proud of you - that's awesome that you're on track.
I'm back w/ you. Please send me the occasional message while I'm in MX - I'm going to need support!!! I leave Thursday morning at 6:00 am.
