No gym that is OK. Grab some cans from the cupboard and do some tricep extensions. Get the broom pretend to sweep the floor vigorously from side to side. Now side ways and do some lungs,swing over the head and back to the floor.There is so much you can do with what is in your house. Got hardwood floors? Put on socks or slippers and slide from side to side. Have fun put on some music and just dance. See who needs the gym
