Feeling much better today. However, I've been cheating like crazy. My husband bought me a bag of pringles select baked cinnamon sweet potato chips. They're supposed to be healthy. All I know is they're yummy and sweet and I have not had anything sweet in 2 weeks. Today is supposed to be day 14 of Phase 1 for me. But this flu just threw everything out of whack for me. I don't know whether to move on to Phase 2 tomorrow or just repeat Phase 1. I never went to my Dr.'s appt. yesterday. I rescheduled for Tuesday. The weather has been absolutely terrible and I hate to drive with the baby in the rain. So, I'll weigh myself then. Any thoughts on which Phase I should start tomorrow?

First off... you need to get your husband on the 'support wagon' and ask him to please stop buying you tuna melts and chips...ask him to show his love and concern with hugs, toenail painting, a back or foot massage...might lead to more amorous circumstances!! Weigh yourself Then think...what have you reintroduced into your system? Phase 1 is for detoxing your system of sugar, salt, caffine and other toxins your liver is stagnating over. Do a clean wk of P1 and then move on to P2 so you can add a friendly carb in. Good luck! Lisa

I agree with weebeeme. Go back to phase 1 for one week and then go on to phase 2. Tell you husband to bring you an apple and some flowers.

Thanks so much guys for your support and putting things into perspective for me. I thought the same and decided to do Phase 1 again. What's ironic about all of this is that my husband was the one who chose this diet. We were going to do it together. He caved in by 2:00PM day 1. It's like the old saying goes.........Misery loves company. Thanks for catching me guys!
