Weight went up but its expected since yesterday was my treat day. I tried sticking to only having one treat meal but in the end my lunch and dinner were both 700 calories. But it's okay since I have been doing well lately and one day off won't be terrible. I had a fruit salad for breakfast and I plan to fast until dinner and tommorow I should be on back on track. Feeling great :D
