ToM and I'm struggling with chocolate cravings! So the best remedy for me is a hot herbal tea, a good book and an early night - it's only 9.30 but I'll be in bed when I finish writing this.
After two weeks on holiday I'm determined to stay well within RDI and eat healthy high nutrient choices all this week - so far so good. Weight fluctuations this week are major and almost certainly down to PMT rather than any holiday excesses so I'm putting them out of my mind.
I've had very little exercise this week as we have a freezing and very windy spell but I did walk home from school (well over two miles - it took an hour of brisk walking including a short stop at the supermarket) in a snowstorm this evening and actually felt quite elated (if frozen) by the cold and the activity.
I'm off to bed - I'm usually a happy early riser but ToM makes me sleepy in the mornings so I try to get the rest in the night before as I can't lie in.
