Excited to try this shaker cup out! It has two compartments
under the cup for supplements or protein powder. I plan to put pre-portioned snacks in mine 😜 lol almonds, blueberries, turkey bites to go along w/ my Keto electrolyte drink.

My afternoons are busy and I come home starving due to poor planning. However, I usually have my drink with me 99% of the time lol. Best of all I found this cup on clearance for $2.50 at Kmart :P

what's your go to electrolyte drink for Keto? I'm having a hard time finding one that doesn't taste like chemicals...

@coaster2 1 gram of Celtic Sea Salt (about ⅓rd teaspoon) 2 fluid Oz. Unsweetened Aloe vera Juice 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 24 fluid Oz spring water I found unsweetened aloe vera juice at CVS. They also said you can add herbal tea to give it some flavor

Also, I don't really measure because who has time for that lol I make it to taste... some days I like a strong lemon taste

haha agreed. I live in a tiny town and no access to most things organic and natural but I am heading to the city next week so I am making a list!
