I know I've gained weight because I have been going over my calorie cutoff for the last 3 days and only minimally working out. I'm afraid to get on the scale. I feel heavier and I look heavier. This is such a struggle. Tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping so I can get back on track. I feel so sluggish. I have 4 weeks until I meet my next goal of 10lbs and it looks like it'll be an uphill struggle. Hopefully by revamping my diet (cutting out sodium and dairy) I can start to lose weight again. Good news is Brian and I went to spin class, went on a hike, have started a 30 day squat challenge, and agreed to not eat out. These are all helpful.
