I would pick one scale and stick with it. Pick a time of day (first thing in morning after using restroom is good), and then pick what you are or aren't wearing (nude is best, or very light clothing without shoes - so that you can wear the same type thing each day).
My bet is that your home scale is probably more accurate if they are both comparable simply because it sees less people and doesn't experience as much "wear and tear" as the work one may.
Another thing you can try if you have free weights in your home, or have just gone shopping for something heavy - kitty litter bucket, 1 or 2 large bulk type food packages, etc. Usually anything that is 10 pounds or more and you know the exact weight of it, will give you a good idea of how accurate your home scale is.
