Diario de Herbie, 19 nov. 07

I'm back! Had a great conference and seem to have somehow managed to stay at a steady weight, which is good. Lots of people I hadn't seen in a year said I looked "great" and I have to say I enjoyed the few comments friends made like "where did the rest of you go!" One friend asked me "OK, how did you lose all that weight and why did you insist on giving it to me?" (joking, of course). Probably the coolest thing for me was that one of my close friends/colleagues had also lost 35 pounds since Feb., which I didn't know about. So, we were doing it in parallel and we had lots of stuff to talk about with that. Of course I had to show him fatsecret and he spent some time checking out the site. :)

I did ok on the diet, and got in a little exercise, while I was on my trip. I'm glad to be back home, though, and back to my normal routine.
