I HAVE NOT been following my diet. I HAVE NOT been excerisng. I have been drinking beer/rum,staying up late and eating crappy food. Fun time is over for the weekend. I got to get back on track in the morning. It was a nice little break but I don't wanna make it habit. I have extacly seven days to meet my frist goal weight. I weighed myself a few mintues ago and it went back up to 198! Terrible. I did have clothes on and I have eaten today so I know it wasn't very accurate. I will weigh myself again in the morning. I can do this! Just gotta stay on track.
