But I also wanted to say that eating below 1200 calories a day is so unhealthy! You may lose weight in the short run but your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to any weight you have left for dear life. Plus you lose muscle not fat when you eat too few calories. Anyway I hope it's not a long term plan...but I worry for women who eat below 1200 cals/day.
