Diario de pinkstrawberry, 07 feb. 10

I feel guilty to eat so little. I eat well but very very little calories I think. Tonight I decided to eat more,a whole 1000cal.
I could've stayed at 680.. It's working,I'm losing pounds easily,but am I going too far? I'll try and make sure I hit 1000cal at least everyday. Don't wanna get sick nor crash..

oh crap oh crap oh crap.. I had rice to try and fill up a bit,but didnt think of looking ahead how much calories it would add up to.. AArgh I'm at 1000 plus and didnt have dessert.. :( Oh well,WATER :)

Thanks for the note on my journal yesterday :) But I also wanted to say that eating below 1200 calories a day is so unhealthy! You may lose weight in the short run but your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to any weight you have left for dear life. Plus you lose muscle not fat when you eat too few calories. Anyway I hope it's not a long term plan...but I worry for women who eat below 1200 cals/day.

Yeah,I know. I really do. I'm going to this extreme to come back in a more balanced center I guess. I'm not the type to crash diet,heck I'm anti all diet crazes.. But thank you for your concern.. In a recent journal I have said I needed to eat more. I need to get more muscle mass instead.. Have a great day! :)
