haven't been journal-ing but i have been walking. i was doing pretty good maintaining and managing what i eat at least until last night. the pistachios weren't to bad but then i had a Suzy-q and a 1/4 c of chocolate chips. this was after 2 snack bags of conn's during work!

well i just finished adding it in i guess it wasn't to entirely awful. i was still under my 2600 calories they started me with.

there will be wine tonight!
