Diario de sidewalksolipsis, 02 feb. 12

Wow, yesterday was calorically rough. My art group every Wednesday orders pizza, and I've resisted for months...but last night I caved and ate and drank more than usual. But I feel it was almost sort of necessary. I haven't had pizza--at least more than a sliver of a slice--in sooo long. And if I get to feeling deprived, that's the real danger of giving up this whole thing. So yesterday is what it is, I enjoyed it, and today I'll be back at 1800 calories a day, and it's no big deal. And I even walked to work today, since it was so nice.

And man, that was good pizza. :)
