I'm so ashamed of myself I totally ate a bunch of junk today :( had a brownie w/ reeses PB ice cream and drizzled chocolate I wont have dinner tonight hooray for messing it up again tomorrow is a new day I have to loose this weight before May! 60lbs to go

Hi, don't feel to bad we're only human. I was doing well today till i realised i had cake in the fridge. And if i had some brownies i would be having some of them to. And you've just had a baby i know how it feels as i felt the same after having my son. But you'll get there just try not to be to hard on your self you would'nt be normal if you found this easy. And some progress is better than none. x
