Diario de fatpanda138, 05 feb. 10

I didn't record my food yesterday. I got drunk the night before and didn't eat as healthy as I should yesterday,though I tried to stay on track as much as I could. I am relieved to see the scale didn't go up any from my escapdes. But I am going back on track today....one thing that does suck though. I quit smoking about a month an half ago. I only crave ciggaerettes when I drink. So since I was drinking the other night with a bunch of smokers,I smoked. I could feel it the next day,ugh. I felt it in my workout today too. I need more will power in that area.

Lol, it happens. If you look at my diet calendar the blank dates are party days . You can't really stumble and scan a beer can or bottle of bacardi. Hahaha. But I figured sometimes during a diet you deserve to have a night of fun
