April 19th: I did my first planking today for 3 seconds...recommended to start slowly with the 3 seconds and work my way up to 3 minutes. My tummy felt it...longest 3 seconds I ever saw. We will be going for our walk about 7 tonight. Looking forward to it. Going to walk by the river on the river walk.
