I feel somewhat good today. Last night I had a huge arguement with my boyfriend, and instead of letting my latin blood boil, i got up got dressed and went to the gym. Did some yoga, which was pretty exciting to do for a first time. Right now my muscles feel tighter. My abs also feel pretty tight. Feels good.

So far Ive lost 3 lbs.. and I hope to keep losing and not gaining.
I hope to visit the gym either tonight or tomorrow..If not then, definitely sunday.

Pray that this snow storm doesnt get in my way...
