i got the email yesterday to weigh in. i was dreading it just knew i had gained but i actually lost 4 lbs! i started Leslie's challenge with intent of doing at least the minimum of a mile a day. and on days i felt up to it more of course. for the challenge i have logged 30 miles as of this morning. mowing this weekend helped I'm sure. i walk at 3.5 mph most times anyway and mowed for 1h 15 minutes = 5 miles for that alone.
