Another beautiful day --sunny and about 77 degrees. I'm giving myself a reward every week if I stick to my rules for the week. My rules 1200 cals a day except 2 spike days of 1400 cals.---two days excercising 1 hour a day, the other 5 at least 15 minutes. And I must update my food and excercise diary every day. For being a good girl this week I earned a movie. So after early church I walked around our shopping mall,it's about 1 mile. Then we went to the movies saw The Artist---loved it. For next week if I'm good, I'll register for another yoga class--need all the help I can get with stress. Love to all and stay strong
